The Problem

Your Expertise Is Strong.
It's Just Not Visible Enough Yet.

Most founders in regional businesses build trust the hard way — one handshake, one referral, one meeting at a time. It works. But it doesn't scale.

The people who need you most are researching online before they ever pick up the phone. If you're not showing up with content that reflects your depth of experience, someone else is.

You rely on word of mouth — and it's working, but it has a ceiling.
Every new prospect starts from zero trust.
You know content would help, but getting around to it never happens.
You've tried recording something yourself and hated the result.

Authority Podcast Day is built for exactly this situation.

How It Works

Simple process. Serious output.

01

We Plan Together

Before we arrive, we do a brief discovery call to understand your business, your audience, and the conversations that would be most valuable. We help you identify topics that demonstrate real expertise and answer the questions your best clients actually ask.

02

We Film On-Site

We bring a complete mobile podcast studio to your location — your office in Gladstone, a boardroom in Rockhampton, a worksite in Emerald, or a meeting room in Bundaberg. No studio hire. No travel on your end.

We set up, brief you on how to come across naturally on camera, and guide the whole session. You talk. We handle everything else.

03

We Turn It Into Content

After filming, we edit your content into polished, publish-ready assets. A full podcast episode. Short clips for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Written content pulled from your conversation. All formatted and ready to use.

You get a set of authority content assets from a single day — without writing a word or figuring out how to edit video.

Who It's For

This works well if you're a…

Founder or director of a regional business

You're the main face and voice of the business, and your expertise is the product. Your insights are what build trust with new clients.

Professional services provider

Accountants, lawyers, engineers, consultants, financial advisors. People who sell expertise and need clients to trust them before picking up the phone.

Property or construction business

Developers, builders, project managers, trades. Businesses where reputation and expertise drive every deal, but that expertise is rarely documented.

Health or allied health practice

Specialists, clinics, practitioners. Situations where people need to trust you deeply before they're willing to engage.

Industrial or resources sector business

Mining services, engineering, energy, environmental. Complex businesses with real expertise that deserves to be communicated clearly.

Not the right fit? We work with businesses serious about long-term authority. If you're looking for influencer content, lifestyle branding, or short-term social entertainment — this probably isn't for you.

Where We Work

Filmed Across Central Queensland — And Beyond

Our mobile podcast studio comes to you. We regularly film business podcast content across Central Queensland, including:

Gladstone
Rockhampton
Yeppoon
Emu Park
Biloela
Emerald
Blackwater
Moura
Bundaberg
Capricorn Coast

We also travel to remote areas depending on scope and logistics. If you're not sure whether we can reach you, just ask.

The studio is fully self-contained. All we need is a reasonable room and a power point. No venue hire. No setup costs. No location fees for standard regional travel.

What Makes This Different

This Is Not Just Podcast Production

Plenty of services will record your podcast and send you a file. That's not what this is.

We lead the strategic layer

Before filming, we work with you to identify the conversations most likely to build trust with the right people. Not just topics you're comfortable with — topics your ideal client needs to hear you talk about.

We understand regional business

We're based in Central Queensland. We understand how trust works in regional markets, the industries that drive the economy here, and what credible, grounded content looks like for a founder-led business in this part of the world.

We make it easy to be on camera

Most founders have never been on a podcast before. We brief you properly, guide the conversation, and create an environment where you come across as you actually are — knowledgeable, direct, and worth listening to.

We focus on long-term trust, not short-term viral

The goal isn't impressions or reach metrics. The goal is that when someone is considering working with you, your content gives them enough context to make a confident decision to reach out. That's authority content. That's what we build.

FAQ

Common Questions

What exactly is Authority Podcast Day?

A full-day on-site filming session where we bring a professional mobile podcast studio to your business. In one day, we record your podcast episode (or episodes) and additional short-form content, then edit everything into publish-ready assets you can use across multiple platforms.

I've never done a podcast before. Is that a problem?

Not at all. Most of our clients haven't. We brief you thoroughly before filming, guide the conversation throughout, and create an environment where you can talk naturally about your work. If you know your subject — and you do — you'll be fine.

What if I'm nervous on camera?

That's normal and expected. We're experienced at helping people who aren't natural performers find their footing on camera. The goal is a conversation, not a performance. We handle the technical side so you can focus on the content.

Can I bring a guest or interview someone else?

Yes. Some founders find it easier and more valuable to have a guest on their first episode — a client, a colleague, or a subject matter expert. We can plan for this during the pre-production call.

Do you have a permanent studio I can come to?

We operate as a mobile studio. We come to you. This is deliberate — it means we can film in your environment, which adds authenticity, and it removes any travel burden from you.

What locations do you cover?

We regularly film across Central Queensland including Gladstone, Rockhampton, Yeppoon, Emu Park, Biloela, Emerald, Blackwater, Moura, Bundaberg, and the Capricorn Coast. We also travel to remote areas depending on scope. Get in touch if you're outside these areas.

What does the mobile studio include?

Professional camera and lighting setup, broadcast-quality microphones, acoustic management, and everything needed for a polished result — all set up in your space. We handle all the technical equipment.

What kind of space do you need?

A reasonably quiet room with enough space for a small studio setup and power access. A boardroom, meeting room, or well-lit indoor space generally works well. We'll advise during the pre-production call.

How long does the filming day take?

A standard Authority Podcast Day runs approximately four to six hours on-site, including setup, filming, and packdown. The exact schedule depends on the number of episodes and content pieces planned.

How long does editing take after filming?

Typically two to three weeks for a full edit, depending on the volume of content. We'll give you a clear timeline before we start.

What format do I receive the content in?

Video files for YouTube and social, audio files for podcast platforms, and written documents for show notes and social posts. We'll advise on which platforms suit your content.

Can I publish this on social media?

Yes. That's one of the primary use cases. LinkedIn in particular works well for founder-led authority content in professional services and B2B industries. We'll include guidance on where and how to distribute your content.

Do I need an existing podcast to use this service?

No. We can help you launch a brand new podcast, or produce standalone content that doesn't need to be part of a series. Some clients use the content purely for social media and their website, without publishing to podcast platforms at all.

Is this for B2B or B2C businesses?

Primarily B2B and professional services. The format works best when your audience is making considered, trust-based decisions — not impulse purchases.
